ELAN Decaux, a joint venture between JCDecaux and Qatar's media market leader ELAN, operates the entire outdoor advertising network (Street Furniture and Large Format) in Doha. ELAN Decaux also manages exclusively the advertising on the national network of buses and taxis through its partnership with Mowasalat-Karwa, the only Public Transportation company in the country. In addition, the company operates a growing retail communication platform, with advertising solutions in Villaggio, and City Center malls, the 2 biggest and most frequented shopping centers in Doha, reaching out to an annual cumulative audience of over 31 million shoppers.

In line with its founding value as a city provider, ELAN Decaux joins hand with Doha Municipality and provides people with convenient services including air-conditioned bus shelters and public information boards for handy everyday info updates.
